This session marks the official start of the 2025 Jeju Forum Young Leaders Program. Youth from across Asia and the Pacific will come together—each bringing their own voice and vision—to imagine and co-create a sustainable tomorrow, opening the forum with their collective presence. Through keynote speeches by young leaders, this sessions that young leaders are not just observers but active agents in addressing global challenges. It conveys the message that youth are shaping the future, starting here in Jeju and extending to the world. The session also features a special talk by writer and counselor Jang Jaeyeol, under the theme “Reconnect.” Drawing from personal experience, he explores how peace nurtured within the individual can grow into social solidarity and shared prosperity—linking the Jeju Forum’s core values with the voices and inner lives of today’s youth.
