Biography

PARK Ju Hee is a dedicated social activist committed to creating a society where every young person can stand on the starting line of independence and build their own "dream capital." With a doctoral degree in law from Sungkyunkwan University, she is also a seasoned youth policy expert, offering in-depth analysis and institutional reform proposals. She has led initiatives to identify and support at-risk youth and has been actively involved in promoting youth-led community development through the creation of youth-friendly cities. She continually works to establish sustainable support systems for young people at the local level. Driven by a firm belief in social transformation, she has tirelessly advocated for youth support programs—taking on any necessary role and engaging with stakeholders across sectors to bring change. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the Order of Civil Merit, Mongnyeon Medal, on Korea Youth Day in 2023. She currently serves as a member of the Presidential Committee for Decentralization and Balanced Development and as an advisor to Good Neighbors, among other roles.
