유에리(YUE Li)는 판구연구소(The Pangoal Institute) 동북아연구센터(Center for Northeast Asian Studies) 선임연구원(Senior Fellow) 겸 집행이사(Executive Director)이다.국무원 발전연구센터(Development Research Center of the State Council) 부연구위원(Associate Researcher)이다. 2005년부터 2008년까지 중국현대국제관계연구원(China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations)에서 박사과정을 수학하였다. 2007년에는 미국 조지워싱턴대학교(George Washington University) 엘리엇 국제관계대학원(Elliott School of International Affairs) 시거 아시아연구센터(Sigur Center for Asia Studies)에서 방문 부연구위원(Associate Researcher)으로 활동하였다.
