Participants will discuss diagnostic indicators used to measure regional decline and evaluate the effectiveness and limitations of key revitalization policies. Particular attention will be given to strategies aimed at reducing excessive population concentration in metropolitan areas and encouraging youth settlement in regional communities. Policy tools such as job creation programs, housing and education support, startup incentives, and local industry promotion will be analyzed. By sharing best practices and lessons learned, the session aims to identify scalable policy models and promote cooperation between central and local governments. The ultimate goal is to develop sustainable and innovative regional development strategies through bilateral collaboration.
