Date- June 25 (Thu.)
Time- 15:20 ~ 17:00
Organization- School of Cybersecurity, Korea University
Room- Crystal Hall A
Subject- Diplomacy / Security
The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and autonomous systems is transforming cybersecurity, data sovereignty, digital economic order, human rights protection, and global norm-setting into an increasingly interconnected policy agenda. As AI becomes deeply embedded in critical infrastructures, governance systems, and security architectures, ensuring its safety, reliability, and accountability has become a shared challenge that no single country can address alone. This session brings together diplomatic and policy leaders from Rwanda, the European Union, Singapore, Canada, Estonia, and the Republic of Korea to discuss common challenges and national response strategies in the age of the AI-Cyber Nexus. It will explore the need for international cooperation and policy alignment in areas such as AI and cyber norms, security and trustworthiness, digital governance, and the protection of democratic values and human rights. The session ultimately aims to identify strategic directions for building a cooperative global governance framework capable of responding to the shared challenges posed by AI and cybersecurity.
