In order to establish a new Korea-Japan relationship, it is necessary to understand the current status of various non-governmental exchanges between Korea and Japan, examine the domestic and external environments and conditions of the two countries, enhance mutual understanding between Korea and Japan, and seek ways for desirable the non-governmental exchanges.
