Young Seon Yu is a newspaper journalist, Executive Director of The Dong-Yang Daily News, and a Writer of children's stories. She is President of the Literary Chungbuk Women's Association, President of the Chungbuk Women's Forum, and a member of the Gender Network Forum in Korea. She is Chairwoman of the 21C Gender Committee and Chairwoman of the Gender Festival culture. She has been a member of BPW since 1987 and the 25th President of BPW KOREA 2016-2017.
