 코로나 이후 시민사회의 대응
Civil Society’s Actions Post COVID-19		 Charlotte
With the spread of COVID-19 that has hit the world, each country has been carrying out urgent actions to protect the lives and safety of their own people.

As the COVID-19 outbreak is having a shock comparable to that of war in each country, the response of each country also reveals the fundamental problems of its own.

1) How is the relationship between civic safety and human rights established in each country, and how should they be harmonized?
2) Is the increasing the trend of isolationism and nationalism inevitable?
3) How can this trend contribute to the global safety, human rights, and common prosperity of people around the world and people in different countries?
4) What virtues should individual citizens have for the harmony of safety and human rights?
5) What role should civil society play for this?

By discussing these issues in-depth, we intend to contribute to the current actions and prepare for the future actions.

전세계를 강타한 코로나 확산으로 각 나라는 자국민의 생명과 안전을 지키기 위해 긴급한 활동을 진행하고 있다.

코로나 창궐은 각 나라에 전쟁에 버금가는 충격을 안기고 있는 만큼 각 나라의 대응도 그 사회의 본질적인 문제점을 드러내고 있다.

1) 시민의 안전과 인권의 관계는 각 나라에서 어떻게 설정되어 있고, 어떻게 조화를 이루어야 하는가?
2) 심화되고 있는 고립주의와 민족주의적 경향은 불가피한가?
3) 이 경향은 세계인과 각 나라 사람들의 안전과 인권, 공동의 번영에 어떤 기여를 할 수 있는가?
4) 안전과 인권의 조화를 위해 시민 개개인은 어떤 덕성을 갖추어야 하는가?
5) 이를 위하여 시민사회는 어떤 역할을 해야 하는가?

이러한 주제를 심도있게 논의하여 현재의 대응에도 기여하고 앞으로 다가올 사태에 대한 준비에도 기여하고자 한다.
