[Special Session] Creating a Peace Regime in Korea: Dialogue between US and ROK 		Halla

Dr. Philp Zelikow, the White Burkett Miller Professor of History at the University of Virginia, and Prof. Chung-in Moon, Special Advisor to President Moon Jae-in, will discuss strategies for and prospects of creating a peace regime in Korea. Dr. Philip Zelikow was involved in the diplomacy surrounding the German unification during the George H. W. Bush administration and drafted a US policy toward North Korea, which envisioned a formal peace treaty, during the George W. Bush administration.

부시 시니어때 동서독 통일을 둘러싼 국제협상에 참여하였고, 아들 부시 때에는 한반도 평화협정을 북핵문제의 해결책으로 제안하였던 필립 젤리코 교수와 문재인 대통령의 통일외교안보특보인 문정인 연세대 명예특임교수가 한반도 평화체제구축의 방안과 전망에 관하여 특별대담을 한다.
