편백나무 숲과 삼나무 숲을 비롯하여 난대림, 온대림, 침엽수림이 골고루 분포된 숲길을 걸으며, 전문적인 산림치유지도사(숲 테라피스트)가 직접 진행하고 있는 치유 프로그램에 참여할 수 있습니다. 
자연을 통해 일상에 지쳐 있는 몸과 마음을 회복할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 제주의 역사, 옛 제주사람들의 생활상, 그리고 숲길 이름에 담겨있는 아름다운 제주어를 엿볼 수 있습니다.

The healing forest located in Seogwipo is a natural, untouched piece of land that boasts of variety of beautiful trees and allows visitors a glimpse into what life on Jeju was like in the past. This course led by a professional forest therapist to help visitors heal and recharge their bodies and spirit.
