Chae-Gi Kwack is a professor of public administration and the Dean of Social Science College and Graduate School of Public Administration at Dongguk University, and a member of the Presidential Commission on Policy Planning. He has served as the President of the Seoul Association for Public Administration(SAPA). His main interests are local public finance, government budgets, state-owned enterprises, and more.
