Muhamad Solahudin AL AYUBI

Biography

Muhamad Solahudin AL AYUBI is an Indonesian youth leader, education advocate, and Founder of SAKOLA KITA, a youth-led non-profit organization established in 2019 to expand access to education, leadership development, and global engagement opportunities for young people. Under his leadership, SAKOLA KITA has empowered more than 8,000 youth, organized over 40 educational and leadership programs, and built partnerships with more than 60 communities and institutions across Indonesia and beyond. Through flagship initiatives such as Sakola Diplomasi, he has facilitated international learning experiences, diplomacy training, and cross-cultural exchanges that encourage youth participation in addressing global challenges. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Development Policy at the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in South Korea under the Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) program. His academic and professional interests focus on sustainable development, energy and climate policy, and international development. He believes that education, international collaboration, and youth empowerment are key drivers of inclusive and sustainable development, and he is committed to connecting policy, innovation, and community engagement to create meaningful social impact.
