JIN Hee-jong is currently serving as the President of the Jeju Institute for Lifelong Education and Scholarship. In 2020, he established the concept of the ‘Eco Legal Person’ through a paper published in a philosophy journal. He is working to introduce and expand the ‘Eco Legal Person’ system. Currently, a bill for the introduction of system has been submitted to the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea and is under deliberation.
