Under his leadership, BiYeon Racing has secured over ₩35,000,000 in confirmed partnerships across five companies, with further negotiations ongoing with major Korean conglomerates and global brands. He architected the team's multi-phase fundraising structure—spanning founding sponsorships, crowdfunding, and ESG title sponsorships—and established the financial governance framework that enables transparent, audit-ready operations. Beyond fundraising, Joon has led strategic partnerships with industry-leading brands and spearheaded collaborations that position BiYeon Racing as both a competitive engineering team and a compelling marketing platform on the global stage.
