Born in 2002, MORIYAMA Hodaka graduated from the Faculty of Letters at the University of Tokyo. In 2023, while still a student, he founded emome Inc. (now EEFUL HOLDINGS Inc.) and became its Chief Executive Officer. He leads a range of senior care-related businesses, including the SaaS platform “Senior College,” a cloud-based recreation service for care facilities, as well as the operation and management of care facilities.

In 2025, he won the STARTUP CATAPULT competition at ICC FUKUOKA 2025. He is also the author of “Creating the Future of Caregiving” (CrossMedia Publishing). He is focused on rethinking the caregiving industry through the integration of technology, operations, and community-based care.
