Jia Qingguo is Professor and Dean of the School of International Studies of Peking University. He was a visiting professor at the University of Vienna and a fellow at the Center for Northeast Asian Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League. Dr. Jia has published extensively on China-US relations, Chinese foreign policy, East Asian issues, and cross-Taiwan Strait relations.
