KIM Myeoung Cheol is an adjunct professor at a university in Seoul, South Korea, and also runs a private research institute in the field of natural ecology. He received his Ph.D. in freshwater ecology, especially benthic macroinvertebrates. He is currently working on the natural environment through field monitoring and ecological education in the field of biodiversity and ecological health of freshwater ecosystems. His publications on the natural environment include <Arrow Aquatic Benthic macroinvertebrates Guide> (2017), <Stream Ecology and Freshwater Invertebrates> (2013), and <An Introduction To Biological Evolution> (2012).
