KIM Sumin is an undergraduate student majoring in Public Administration at Jeju National University. She served as class vice president in 2023 and class president in 2024, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. As a member of the 8th cohort of the International Development Cooperation Supporters, she actively promoted Official Development Assistance (ODA) in Jeju, reflecting her commitment to global issues and her goal of becoming an international development practitioner. In 2024, she participated as a panelist at the Jeju Forum through the Youth Secretariat “Cheongjin,” contributing to meaningful discussions on development cooperation. Currently, she leads the DIPLOYOU team within the Jeju Forum Youth Secretariat, continuing her engagement in youth-led international dialogue.
