Mr. Meetham NA RANONG has been a key driver of Thailand’s technological and digital advancement over the past decade. Starting as Deputy Director of the Software Industry Promotion Agency (SIPA), he supported the growth of the software sector and contributed to the transition towards the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), laying the foundation for digital economy initiatives. At the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), he led efforts to strengthen secure electronic transaction infrastructure. He has been deeply involved in developing digital platforms for key industries, promoting regional startups through entrepreneurship incubation centers, and building startup capabilities to improve access to technology and funding. His work has also focused on enhancing trust and security in online transactions. With a clear vision and strong commitment, Mr. Meetham has significantly enhanced Thailand’s digital competitiveness, aligning with the national goal of establishing a fully digital economy and society.
