LEE Zhong Hua earned his Ph.D. in Economics with a specialization in International Trade from Renmin University of China. He is currently a Research Fellow at the Division of Innovation and Economic Research of the Jeju Research Institute (JRI), where he has conducted policy research on the development of strategic industries such as export-import, SMEs, and the bioindustry. He has also been involved in promoting exchange and cooperation projects with China. Recently, his research has expanded to include international development cooperation, particularly in the field of Official Development Assistance (ODA).
