Dr. Euicheol earned his Ph.D. at the Dept. of Earth and Environmental Sciences of Korea University. He worked at the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) until 2018, where he established the Project Management & Consulting (PMC) system and founded the ODA Education Center. After leaving KOICA, Dr. SHIN taught courses on International Development Cooperation and Project Management & Evaluation at Sungkyunkwan University and Hallym University. Since 2022, he has served as the General Director of the Jeju International Development Cooperation Center (JIDCC), where he is actively involved in promoting ODA participation in the Jeju region. With his extensive experience in international development, Dr. SHIN continues to contribute to connecting local communities with global development initiatives.
