PARK Doo Hwa serves in the Jeju Special Self-Governing Provincial Council, where she is Vice Chair of the Culture, Tourism & Sports Committee and leads the Financial Economic Forum. She is also an active member of the “Climate-Crisis Carbon-Neutrality Research Forum” and the “Balanced Development Special Autonomy Legislative Policy Forum”, advancing forward-looking policy on multiple fronts. She has dedicated herself to community service—serving as President of the Jeju Girls’ High School Alumni Association, Executive Member of the Jeju City Women’s Association for April 3 Victims’ Families, and Head of the Taego Bohyeon Volunteer Corps—and now leads educational volunteering as Advisor to the Neulpureum Education Volunteer Society. She brings a balanced outlook across culture, tourism, and social welfare—and, with exceptional execution, is devoted to advancing Jeju’s sustainable development.
