MOON Seung Sun, currently the Director of the Medical Tourism Office in JDC, played a crucial role since 2005 in driving strategic innovation of creating the foundation Jeju Free International City, striving to develop Jeju by partaking in leadership such as Director of Managerial Innovation Department, Director of Planning and Coordination Office, Head of the Science Park Operation Department, and Director of the Medical Tourism Office. Throughout his career, Mr. MOON Seung Sun not only formulated JDC’s 3rd Implementation Plan but also revitalized the advancement of businesses with individualized incubation programs such as the Science Park Route 330 ICT Accelerating project. Currently, he is at the forefront of Jeju’s Healthcare Town Project, an initiative to develop a global, integrated medical tourism complex.
