DewaAyu LAKSMIADI JANAPRIATI has 25 years’ experience in tourism- finished Doctoral programme in tourism at 2015, and now working at Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, active to know about women resource in tourism and women empowerment in tourism industry. As a deputy assistant of Human Development, culture and public participation she active to encouraging women for build the mind self and for independent in financial to make them have bargaining position and bargaining power in family, spouse also in their environment. This is important for further life (education, health, economy, and decision maker). Collaboration with the other sector is important things, to make the sound (all about women) be loud and widely. In hospitality industry the women can be placed in any line, (operator, influencer, servicer, helper etc.) and can keep this sector be cheer, sweet and helpful.
