Dr. PARK is a Professor in the department of Law at Youngsan University. Previously he was a Guest Professor in contract at the Freie Universität Berlin, Research officer at the Supreme Court of Korea, Researcher at the Institute of Legal Research at Yonsei University. He received his Doktor der Rechte (Dr. iur.) from the Juristische Fakultät at Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg Germany in 2004.
