Min Seo Kim is a reporter of the division of Foreign Affairs & Inter-Korean Relations at The Segye Times. She obtained her master's degree in Public Policy at the University of Bristol, and started her career as a reporter at The Segye Times in 2004. From 2011 to present, as a specialist in North Korean problem and Korean Unification, she has been a visiting reporter at the Ministry of Unification of the South Korean government.
