Jong-heon Baek is the senior vice-chairman of the National Council of City and Provincial Councils and the chairman of the Busan Metropolitan City Council. Currently serving as CEO of Baeksan Metal Co., Ltd., Honorary Chairman of Gyeongho High School, and Senior Vice Chairman of Korea Hanmaeum Lantern Association.
