Dr. Kim “Elena” obtained her Ph.D. degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Feb. 2008. She was a research Fellow in the Law Research Center of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies from Mar. 2009 to Dec. 2011. And she has been a research Fellow in the Korea-China Relation Research Institute of Wonkwang University from 2012 until now. Especially she joined and taught as a Foreign professor of the University of Shandong University at Weihai in China From Sep. 2009 to Jul. 2011. She has been a Research Fellow in the Office of Comparative Law at KLRI since 2011, and now, she is a Senior Research Fellow in the Office of Economic Law Research at KLRI.
