Dr. KIM Yang-Hee is a Director-General of the Department of Economy, Trade and Development Studies, Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS), Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA). She was a Chief Researcher of Samsung Economic Research Institute, Senior Research Fellow of the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy, and a Member of the National Economic Advisory Council. Her research area covers international economics, regional integration, Korean economic relations, Japanese economy. She holds a Ph.D. in international economics from the University of Tokyo.
