Dr. Jaeshin Park is the Vice President of Program Strategy and Asia Programs of KOICA. He administers the Program Strategy Department, the Climate Crisis & Pandemic Response Department, the Southeast Asia Department I and II, and the Southwest Asia & the Pacific Department. He started his academic career as a researcher at Korea Development Institute then moved to Kookmin University to become a professor at the College of Business Administration. He studied Management Science and Management Information Systems at KAIST and received a Ph.D at the University of Cambridge.
