Dr. Hee-Su Lee graduated from Chung-Ang University with a doctorate in education and worked as a researcher at the Korea Educational Development Institute(KEDI) from 1987 to March 2003. He has been working at Chung-Ang University's Department of Education since 2003. Mainly, he conducted lifelong-education, human resources development(HRD) policy research on the Ministry of Education, local governments, and local universities. On campus, he served as the vice director of the planning office, the dean of the GHRD Graduate School, the dean of the liberal arts college, and the dean of the graduate school. He was the president of The Korean Society for the Study of Lifelong Education, and currently serves as the editor-in-chief of the Korean Educational Research Association.
