Youmi Cho is a marketing expert with 19 years’ experience. She has built her career in a global marketing agency as a CEO and a global consumer company as an executive. She was the first female CEO of a top 20 advertising agency in Korea and was awarded in 2017, “Women Leading Change” for “Creative Leadership”. Now she is a Communication Director of Philip Morris Korea to build the smoke-free future in Korea. Before joining Philip Morris Korea, with her wealth of experience gained nearly 20 years in the industry, she led Leo Burnett & Welcomm Publicis for 3 years and thereafter, the Publicis Group Korea for 4 years as CEO, which is an integrated communications company that encompasses various brands in the digital, advertising and media sector.
