Biography

Jae-Kyo Lee, a lawyer and university professor who served as a judge in the Republic of Korea, has been active since taking office as a representative of the 『Zeitgeist』, a civic group, in 2012. The 『Zeitgeist』 has been a representative right-wing civic group in Korea that was launched in 2004 as 『Liberty』, and emphasized a free market economy, the importance of a small government, and a movement to get to know North Korea. This movement was called “new-right”. The 『Zeitgeist』 published a bimonthly journal, 『Zeitgeist』, and conducted a civil movement with a deep ideology. Related books include Co-author “Useful Lies of Fools” (2006), ``The Korean Confederation of Trades Going Backwards'' (2007) and ``Thinking Human Rights'' (2012).
