Jong Hee Park teaches international political economy and social science methodology at the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Seoul National University. He is the director of the International Relations Data Center at Seoul National University. After graduating from Sogang University, he earned a Ph.D. in political science from Washington University in Saint Louis and served as an assistant professor at the University of Chicago from 2007 to 2012. Jong Hee Park won the Harold Gaznel Award (2010) and the Statistics Software Award (2013) from the American Political Science Association for his contributions to political science methodology.
