Sebastien Berger is one of only a handful of international journalists who have regular access to North Korea. As Seoul bureau chief for the international newswire AFP – which has a bureau in Pyongyang - he is responsible for its coverage of both halves of the peninsula and has visited the North 14 times since 2017.
