Hesub Rho is the Director General of Future Strategy Bureau. He takes charge of carbon-free island policy and future industry policies of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. He worked at KT, SK, and Daum Communications before he entered civil service. Hesub Rho studied computer science at Korea University and Soongsil University.
