After graduating from the department of business administration at Yonsei University, Woo-Jin Cho studied in Japan, Keio University's Graduate School of Commerce as a Japanese Ministry of Education scholarship student, completed the Graduate School of Economics, postgraduate and Ph.D. course, Doctor of Economics (Keio Gijuku University). He was a Kanagawa Science Park specialist, after the associate professor of Aomori Public University, professor of the Business Information Department of Tama University, and he is a head of the department of the Business Design Department. He was a member of Aomori Global Industrial Frontier Zone Design Review Committee (2002), Aomori SME Management Innovation Plan Approval Committee Member, Aomori City New Product Development Appraisal Committee member, Kawasaki City Industrial Promotion Foundation Center for New Industrial Policy Research Visiting Researcher (2001 ~ present), Aomori Prefectural Management Innovation Support Project Fee Subsidy Assemble Committee Member, External Deputy Director of Korean Human Development Institute (HDI), Asia Science Park Association Planning Committee, Aomori Prefecture Community Venture Certification Committee Member, Kanagawa Science Park Associate, International Association of Asian Community Society Director, and Aomori Prefecture Invention Society Committee.
