
Biography
Fujioka Toshio developed the educational business as CEO of Shifusu Co., Ltd in 2002. From 2010 to 2016, as assistant administrator of 450 companies, he opened six academies in Tohoku, Kanto, Central Japan, Kansai, Zhongshiku, and Kyushu. In 2012, he established a management practice study meeting, and the chairperson was inaugurated. In 2014, he was inaugurated as a director and vice chairman of the Council on Public Capitalism and recruited 11,000 corporate members. In 2017, he was the producer of Social Management College, the Japan Federation of Nations (Public Interest Foundation). After he was inaugurated as an adviser of the Itabashi(板橋) ethics corporation committee in 2018, he conducted Joint research with Japan Research Institute and SSC (Sustainable Social Company).
Currently, he is challenging social change by organizing a company that conducts social business through management and NPO at the Management Action Research Committee. In addition, through his lectures and practical activities, he has been promoting a future creation company, Sustainable Social Company (SSC), to solve social problems through corporate core activities and corporate socialization to build a sustainable society.
