Oh was born in Jeju in 1969, majored in retail management at Myongji University Graduate School of Distribution, and joined JDC (Jeju Free International City Development Center) in 2002 as a founding member. He has since served as an evaluation director for the management innovation office and planning director for the planning and coordination office. As the head of the duty-free sales department, he is currently in charge of the performance of the revenue project to raise investment funds for the free international city, while at the same time focusing on carrying out his mission to realize social value through social enterprises and local businesses. He is also a communicative leader who takes care of not only its business performance but also employees' opinions on improving working conditions, and as a distribution specialist, he is seeking various business policy attempts to revitalize the local brand's entry into the global market.
