Seung-hyun LEE received his doctorate from Yonsei University in 2016 as <A Constitutional study on the Hate Speech>. He is doing research and gives lectures on the Constitution law and human rights at Yonsei University. He worked in the Science, Media, and Telecommunications Team at the National Assembly Research Service from 2010 to 2014. He has written a number of articles and national research papers on hate speech since 2016 and has also been involved in civil activities as a board member of Beyond the Rainbow Foundation. His major research topics are freedom of expression, gender diversity civic education, and minority rights.
