Eunkwang Kim has more than 10 years of experience in smart city and has been engaged in major Smart City Projects since the early days of U-City in Korea. One of representative project was Establishment of Busan smart city test-bed for 3 years, which was funded by government. Also, he has experiences in urban development projects, those are high-rise building development projects in Shanghai, feasibility study and master planning for Cultural complex development project in Beijing and master planning and feasibility study on Saudi Arabia's 6th Economic City etc. He also has been acted as advisory member for government agencies: KISDI, Korea Industrial Complex Administration, LH, Suwon City government, etc.
