Joon Ho Kim is an expert in the 4th industrial revolution and finance field. He is the founder and CEO of Jeju Motors, which manufactures electric vehicles with 3D printers. Jeju Motors introduced a new manufacturing structure called Micro Factory to Jeju to produce electric vehicles. The reason why Joon Ho Kim wants to build a Micro Factory in Jeju is because he believes that it is a way to revitalize Jeju's economy while preserving the environment. Micro Factory allows small-quantity batch production to serve local demand and changes the paradigm of the current manufacturing process. Kim is currently working to establish a Micro Factory incorporating 4th industrial revolution technologies in Jeju.
