Kwanggil Kim is a South Korean attorney who worked in the Kaesong Industrial District Management Committee for eight years, residing at the Kaesong Industrial Complex as the head of the legal affairs team. He has also worked at a law firm. He conducted research on North Korea’s special economic zone and law as a visiting scholar at George Mason University in the US and Yanbian University in China. Currently. He works as an expert attorney on North Korea at JIPYONG LLC and is an adjunct professor at the University of North Korean Studies.
