Carly Fiorina, the former president of HP, is the first female CEO among the American top 20 companies. She made HP a leading company in the IT world by completing a merger with Compaq. She was also ranked No. 1 among the world’s most influential female CEOs for six consecutive years. After her retirement, she established the world’s largest product donation organization, Good360 and she is serving as president. In 2009, she ran for the Senator. Furthermore, she has a great interest in fostering excellent female workers, entrepreneurship, and job creation, and she is actively giving lectures on those subjects. In this Special Session, Carly Fiorina and CHO Yoonsun, minister of Gender Equality & Family discuss entrepreneurship and female leadership.
