We are living in the 'glocal' era, seeking internationalization combined with localization. As human as well as material resources are exchanged in various fields, we need to realize profit beyond national interest. On the other hand, the demand for locality restoration is strengthening, with competition and conflicts rather than cooperation between countries becoming magnified. in this session, we are going to discuss global harmony for a new Asia, and interdependence to achieve mutual benefits and prosperity combined with mutual respect, as a vision for the design of a new Asia.
