The financial crisis over the last few years has revealed the new reality of the international economic order. Maximization of national interests through trade results in unlimited competition. Each country utilizes currency wars and FTAs as major policy tools for economic warfare. It is time to make it clear whether it is protectionism or liberalism, and to discuss a fair trade order of common interest.
