					Nowadays, businesses that are only interested in making a profit are not regarded as respectable ones. Profitability is only one of the objectives of a going concern. The way people view businesses has changed amid changes in industry, ups and downs in business, and financial crises. Now, long-run companies that play a role in the local community while fulfilling the basics of business operation are regarded as good businesses. We will discuss long-run companies by examining their health status on the basis of their sustainability reports and financial statements. We will look for strategies that could lead to the country’s businesses' rebirth as healthy ones, with the focus on the following:

- What is their success mechanism?
- Examples of sustainable management and the characteristics of long-run companies
