For decades, the focus of many companies has been on improving short-term financial performance, and both the government and civic groups have brought about a crisis by passing on the costs necessary for the solution of social issues. To overcome such crises, companies need to improve economic performance and focus on Creating Shared Value (CSV), which creates social benefits at the same time, to accept social demands from the outside world and solve problems.
