Thirteen years have passed since the first day we greeted the 21st century. Companies were eager to replace outdated business management paradigms established in the 20th century, and now, what changes are they making to survive in this new century? What paradigms are being recommended to the companies by the 21C? Global expert scholars suggest that as long as the companies want to begin the 21C-type creativity management era, they first need to understand three major trends including digitalization, globalization, and democratization.
