[CLOSING SESSION] Resolving Korea's Past History, Jeju 4·3 and International Solidarity-Efforts for Peace and Coexistence

Jeju 4·3 is the most tragic event in modern Korean history, leaving deep scars as a result of the state violence. Through a continuous effort in seeking the truth, the process of redressing Jeju 4·3 has become an exceptional model among past wrongdoing cases.
However, even after 70 years, it is still an ongoing process. Peace in the global world is often threatened by various conflicts and disputes, such as the recent Ukraine War.
In this Jeju 4·3 Session, titled <Resolving Korea's Past History, Jeju 4·3 and International Solidarity-Efforts for Peace and Coexistence>, we will discuss various historical grievance cases and resolutions, as well as solidarity for coexistence and peace.
